Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats are one of my favorite go-to breakfast options. It’s delicious, healthy, and will you give you everything you need to get out that door! With the right toppings, this makes for a nourishing and filling breakfast.

For this recipe, I’ve made two of my favorite variations. Spiced Apple & Cinnamon and Blueberries & Banana. I also always add 1 tbsp of Collagen Powder to my oats, so this ingredient is optional!


  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 2 chopped Medjool Dates (natural sweetener)
  • 1 Tsp of a chopped Apple
  • 1 tsp of Goji Berries
  • 1/2 Tsp of Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 tsp of Assorted Granola
  • Sliced Banana
  • 8-9 Blueberries
  • Cacao Sweet Nibs

In a glass/jar, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Chia seeds & Medjool Dates. Give it a quick stir, and place it in the fridge to soak overnight.

Apple + Cinnamon Mix:

On a skillet, quickly mix your chopped Apples and Cinnamon. Make sure the apples are well coated. Remove.

Top off your overnight oats with your apple mix, fresh Goji berries, and assorted granola!

Blueberries + Banana Mix:

Top off your overnight oats with slices of Banana and a few blueberries! Add some Cacao Sweet Nibs and dust your oats with some cocoa powder.
